Join Dr. Allan Hughes, who has been meditating for over 30 years for this lively and enjoyable workshop. Dr. Hughes has been offering workshops and lectures on meditation and personal transformation. He has been inspiring audiences on how to practice and learn this very simple technique. There will even be a little meditation sitting at the end.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Hughes uses meditation with his patients for stress relief. He focuses on the reasons for meditating and how it relates to everyday life, the theory of meditation, and the many benefits meditation brings.
