Fall Sports 2009 Start Dates:
Football- August 24th (Mon)

Field Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Cheerleading, X-Country, Boys Golf-
August 27th (Thu)

On-Line Registration for ALL fall sports has begun on July 1, 2009.  ALL FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 1, 2009

Registering For A WHS Sport

1. What you need to submit in order to participate- ALL FORMS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 1, 2009
  • registration- done online at www.westborough.org
  • consent form- done online,
  • physical form- turned in to the nurse by 8/1/09. Physicals must be dated 7/24/08 or later for football, 7/27/08 or later for all other fall sports.
  • There will be NO exceptions with regards to these forms.
  • Knowledge and acceptance of the WHS communication guidelines:

For effective communication on questions or concerns, please follow this process:

Step 1: player goes directly to coach
Step 2: player & parent go directly to coach
Step 3: player goes directly to Athletic Director
Step 4: player & parent go directly to Athletic Director

2. How to register online

  • Go to the website- www.westborough.org
    Registration form is located on the WHS Athletics Website. Click on programs, then athletics.
  • Locate the link for “Student Athlete Participation Registration” or “2009-2010 Activity Fee Registration”.

  • Fill out the form entirely (must be done with a parent)
  • Make sure to check the box accepting the consent form

3. Turn in your physical to the nurse at the high school.

4. You will be invoiced by Community Ed for the activity fee- $185.00- please contact Community Ed Office with questions- 508-836-7765- you do not need to pay ahead of time.

5. Updates and information will be posted on the Athletics Website

6. The WHS Student Athlete Handbook can be found on the Athletics Website

7. Athletics Sports Schedules can be found at www.highschoolsports.net

Paper copies of the consent/registration form can be found in the main office, or A.D.'s office.
