I found the the article "Avoiding The February Rut " today on the Worcester Business Journal Online by Livia Gerson, which referenced a post on a blog run by Westborough-based staffing company JCSI.  The post addresses "Job Search Resolutions" and offers three tips regarding: using LinkedIn, knowing your value, and the willingness to step out of one's 'comfort zone'.
