Site Update - comment layout changed - most recent, first

We've had a request to change how commenting works on articles.  Now, comments are presented with most recent comment shown first, rather than last.   (Think: less scrolling!)

This unfortunately removes the possibility of "threaded" comments, but readers may find this new layout to have more value.  Please let us know what you think.  Why... try out a comment for yourself, below!
