Senior Center Flu Clinic, Monday October 26

The Westborough Board of Health will hold a seasonal flu clinic on Monday, October 26, 2009 at the Senior Center, 4 Rogers Road, from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Due to limited availability of the seasonal flu vaccine, restrictions apply to Westborough residents age 60 and over.

Residents who are 65 and older are asked to bring their Medicare and/or HMO card.  The vaccine is free of charge regardless of health insurance coverage.
