The Fine Arts Department of the Westborough Public Schools will be presenting its annual display of student art work from April 1^st - 28^th at the Forbes Municipal Building Auditorium, 45 West Main St.

This art exhibit features works of students in grades kindergarten - grade 12 from each of the schools throughout the school district. The exhibit is open on weekdays between 6-8:00 PM.  As part of the event, each school will have a special night that will highlight the student artists and select musicians from that school.

The schedule for each school's highlighted evening is as follows :

"SKIDZ SCHOOL!"  Learn to control a skid on a wet, 950-foot track and learn five different maneuvers that may save your life. 

This is a popular course offered by the Police department.  Space is limited, so only new participants.  There are three sessions, each 20 students apiece.

Dates are April 15, 16, and 17.  Read more for details, and for links to permission slip and online registration form.

"Historic" -- that's what the news this evening called our March rainfall this year.

I'd like to compile a list of "Westborough flood incidents" from this Spring, and create a visual record of them using Google maps, like this example.

Maybe this data will help our town planners.
