WESTBOROUGH SCOUTS SHARE A DAY
Westborough scouts from  all areas held a recruiting event in town recently.  [Sep. 2009] The Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Explorer Post 85 and Venture Crew participated.  Many residents, young adults, boys and girls stopped by to participate in crafts, water rockets, knots, see camping skills and understand the role of Explorer Post 85 with the fire department. All branches of Scouting were able to register new members and adult volunteers to help with programs through the year.  For information on Cub and Boy Scouts and Explorer Post call Paul Casello at 508-898-9576.  Information on Girl Scouts can be obtained from Judy Wilchynski at 508-870-1895.
Zachary Remian, Explorer Post 85, in the fire suit meets with Westborough Girl Scouts to explain what the Explorer Post responsibilities are.
